October Program
We have Mark Bennett of Dadant Va scheduled to present at our October meeting !! Mark will bring and demonstrate items in 3 categories.
- Anything new in the last couple of years – products, services, policies, etc.
- Options for the basics – for example, bottom boards – solid, screened, with built-in small hive beetle trap. Queen excluders – plastic, wood bound metal, metal bound metal. Veils – different styles. Etc.
- Accessories – for example, pollen traps, feeders, nuke boxes, small hive beetle traps.
Having Mark travel here also provides the opportunity for folks to purchase items from Dadant ahead of time and have him deliver them that evening. That saves shipping costs!
November Venue Change
As mentioned in our September meeting, our gracious host, Fort Lee Baptist Church, will be undergoing renovations in November. So, we have secured the Sandston Library for our November meeting. More information to follow.
