The VSBA Meeting scheduled for March 23 and 24 was initially at Meadow Park, owned by the Va State Fair. With their bankruptcy, the VSBA was left without a location! Fortunately, some kind folks in Richmond, Va (ACCA Shrine Center, near Bryan Park) offered up their location. You can find more information here.
